8-point Vetting Process

We vet our pros to save you hours of research, time, and potential problems. Roosly's vetting process will provide you with peace of mind and ensure you know who you are welcoming into your home.

Point 1

Background Check

Roosly requires all pro's and their employees to submit a clean background check.

Point 2

Sex Offender Check

Roosly does not allow any company or employee on the platform if they are listed on the National Sex Offender Registry.

Point 3

References

Roosly requires and checks references for Pros. Plus we scour online reviews to make sure Pros are who they say they are.

Point 4

General Liability Insurance

This coverage protects you from property damage or injury that your pro can cause while completing the job.

Point 5

Products-completed operations coverage

This coverage protects you from damage that may occur long after a job is completed.

Point 6

Surety Bond

Ensures that your pro will complete the contract and gives you protection against bad workmanship.

Point 7

Worker Compensation Insurance

Covers any claim for your Pro's employees getting hurt on your property.

Point 8

Locally licensed

In compliance with local laws, every Pro must be licensed when required.

Without any of the above coverages, you can be liable for any property damages or injuries that occur on your property. You also won't have much recourse if the job doesn't go as planned.
