We Provide an easy to use dashboard and app to store and sign important documents. Plus guaranteed support should any problems or disputes arise.

What does Vetted Professionals Mean?

Roosly’s 8 point vetting process ensures you won't have to worry about who you are inviting into your home. Every Pro on Roosly must complete and pass the following requirements:

  • Background Checks
  • Sex Offender Check
  • References
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Products-Completed Operations Coverage
  • Bonding
  • Worker Compensation
  • Licensing

How much does it cost?

If we have contractors in your area you will be emailed a link to download the Roosly app. The cost for the app is $5.99 per month.

Do I need to get insurance and licensing info from my pro?

No, when a Pro is listed on Roosly they are vetted which includes insurance and licensing. This information can be found on your dashboard.

I want to add or change my contract after my pro has started working. Is it ok to verbally change things with my pro?

No, any changes or communications need to be on your dashboard. This ensures all communication is documented and protects you and your pro.

What if I change my mind after I accept a bid?

An accepted and signed bid is a legally binding contract. Please discuss your options with your Pro.

Does my project through Roosly come with a warranty?

Every Pro on Roosly is an independent contractor. They make their own business decisions which includes warranties. If your pro offers a warranty on work and/or materials that will be noted on the bid you receive.

What if my Pro never showed up to bid my project?

We strongly urge great communication between the pros and homeowners. If a pro has not arrived on time please try to contact them through your dashboard. If you do not receive an answer, or you are inconvenienced by a late or missed appointment please contact us. We have a no-tolerance policy for late or missed appointments.

What if my pro never showed up to start a project that I signed for and paid?

Please try to get a hold of your pro through the dashboard. If you do not get a response in a timely fashion contact us so we can intervene. All pros on Roosly have licensing, insurance, and bonding and can face stiff consequences for these actions.

What if I need a Permit?

If your project requires a permit it will be uploaded onto your dashboard.

Will I get a lien release?

Yes, Lien releases will be available on your dashboard for materials and/or labor. You will receive lien releases after your pro is paid. 

My contractor completed the job but I’m not happy with it?

Let your pro know immediately if you’re not happy with something. Please allow them time to rectify any situations. If you do not hear back from your pro or are still not happy please contact us.

How Is Roosly Different From Other Platforms?

Roosly was started because we saw a need for a different type of platform. One that didn't charge for leads, extreme membership fees, contracts, and over-saturated areas.

How Much Does Roosly Cost?

You pay a commission of 6% on any job that we bring you. There is also a monthly subscription for the Roosly app of $19.99. Think of it as your personal secretary. Where all your documents, jobs, messages, appointments are all in one place.

I submitted an application, how long will it take to get jobs?

Our application process can take up to 30 days. You will receive emails instructing you on your next steps.
